|Training Manager / Internet Consultant|
This position requires training in adult education and/or equivalent experience and demonstrated application of training strategies in a business setting. Successful Training Manager will be able to manage projects and deadlines, manage people, create effective partnerships with management, establish strong community education tis, develop training materials, and apply reason to business problems.
- Solid understanding of computer basics (Windows,Excel,Word, Email and Internet)
- Solid understanding of training processes and practices
- Strong problem solving skills, research and decision-making skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Good judgement and the ability to express thoughts clearly and simply
- Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
